Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 24-hour window for returns and exchanges on all custom products. If you need to return an item, please contact us within that time frame of receiving it to discuss the issue and arrange for a return. For pre-printed products, we will handle your return and issue either a corrected and re-shipped item or a full refund, depending on your preference, upon receipt of the returned item.
